[Canceled] 4/17/20 Spring Event at Arcadia

Note: This event has been canceled due to the COVID-19 outbreak.

We are pleased to announce that Arcadia University will be hosting our Spring 2020 PWPA event on Friday, April 17, 2020.

The theme of the day’s workshops and luncheon keynote will be multimodal and digital writing. We are also pleased to announce Dr. Scott Warnock (Drexel University) will be our keynote speaker and workshop leader for our afternoon session.

Today we are sending a call for participants to co-lead/lead a workshop and/or participate in a roundtable or panel discussion of how they support student multimodal and digital writing in composition and other college courses and models.

Do you have a multimodal assignment that you can share?  A story of failure with trying something digital? An interesting student project to show off? An emerging research question?  Please consider submitting your idea for a ten-minute contribution to the roundtable.

Are you more experienced with multimodal or digital pedagogies, and could lead a workshop?  Please propose one!

If you are interested, please take a moment to complete the following survey: https://forms.gle/ZSKpz931jCbJHRs69

As we get closer to April, we will share more details about the event.

Thank you,
Liz Kimball and Gabe Cutrufello (Co-Chairs, PWPA)
